HOW TO GET THERE
Seaplane transfer 45 – 60 minutes. Guests travelling via seaplane will have access to the Sun Siyam Lounge at the seaplane terminal on arrival with a selection of drinks and snacks plus a complimentary 10 minute back and shoulder massage.

These villas have a separate lounge area, separated from the bedroom with a sliding door, and will accommodate up to five guests.

Perfect for family vacations and get-togethers with friends, these large beach villas sleep up to five guests. All boast private swimming pools and outdoor lounges with a dining table, chairs, cabana and sun loungers set right on the beach. Inside, sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living area and signature bathrooms offer the luxury of a jacuzzi and outdoor shower.

40 Water Villas with Pool (Size: 123m²)
Perched above the lagoon on stilts, with just a few small steps leading straight into the Indian Ocean. With generously proportioned indoor and outdoor living spaces, each morning wake up to breath-taking panoramic views before ending the day on your own private sun deck.

16 Horizon Water Villas with Pool (Size: 129m²)
These villas have the added benefit of an L-shaped private pool and an elegant sunken seating area. All feature a glass viewing panel set into the floor, and steps from the deck down into the lagoon.
