Seychelles’ 115 islands fall under two distinct groups; the outstandingly beautiful granitic islands, the world’s only oceanic islands of granitic rock, and coral islands fringed by white sandy beaches and encircled by coral reefs teaming with fish.

The three most popular islands in the Seychelles archipelago are Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue. Home to 98% of the Seychelles' population, these three are clustered in the archipelago’s northeast area known as the Inner Island group. Mahé and Praslin are Seychelles' largest islands and home to most of our luxury holiday resorts.

The Seychelles is known as a luxury holiday destination but for visitors who can tear themselves away from their resort, the Seychelles offers a wide variety of things to see and do. A holiday to the Seychelles is best done combining a few different resorts across the main islands, giving yourself ample time and opportunity to explore the various national reserves and marine parks, as well as breath-taking natural wonders above and beneath the waves.

Seychelles’ enviable climate is always warm and without extremes. In this tropical haven, the temperature seldom drops below 24°C or rises above 32°C, making Seychelles a year-round island holiday destination for sun worshippers and beach lovers. During the north-west trade winds that occur between October and March, the sea is generally calm and the weather warm and humid, while in January and February the islands receive their life-giving rains, rejuvenating the rivers and streams. From May to September the weather is cooler and drier with livelier seas - particularly on the south-eastern coasts.

The first port of call for most visitors to the Seychelles is Mahe. This the largest island of the Seychelles and from here your resort is reached by road transfer. If you are staying on Praslin or one of the other islands, a boat transfer or short domestic flight will get you there. The Seychelles is 2 hours ahead of South Africa. The currency in use is the Seychelles rupee (Rs). Although tourist prices are often quoted in Euros, you can also pay in Rupees and often also in US Dollars.

As the Seychelles is warm throughout the year it is recommended that you pack light comfortable relaxed clothing. Most resorts are quite casual, so light clothing should be adequate at most times but you may also want to take a thin rain jacket in the event of the occasional rain shower. Don’t forget your beach wear plus sunscreen and sunglasses.

10 2 Bedroom Family Villas with Private Pool (Size: 205m2)

Corossol  
Corossol is Ephelia’s main buffet restaurant offering breakfast and dinner. A "live cooking and themed dinner buffet” which offers dishes from different cuisine of the world – from tandoori to pizza, it’s a real harmony of flavours. The dining area is spread around in different sections and features various type of seating and offers a variety of ambiance.

Helios 
Helios is a casual chic restaurant offering a Mediterranean theme and is located on the South side of the resort. Open for lunch offering a simple menu influenced from the South of France, Italy, Spain, Morocco and Lebanon. For dinner, the same influences are offered via an a la carte menu and sharing dishes.

Adam & Eve 
Adam & Eve THE "Asian cuisine” restaurant is embedded in a natural loving structure embracing the elements. One of the distinctive features of this restaurant is the open kitchen that engages in the preparation of the food. The concept focuses on the flavours of South East Asia with an emphasis on Malaysian, Thai, Singapore and Indonesian cuisine with an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
Open for Lunch (12h00 – 15h00) and Dinner (19h00 – 22h00).

Cyann 
Cyann, the resort’s signature restaurant, offers a unique concept next to Port Launay beach. For lunch, in a casual atmosphere, a well-known Sushi selection and some delightful classic & light dishes are available. At dinner time the restaurant turns into an elegant and refined venue and proposes a selection of signature dishes that combine the precision of French culinary techniques with the lightness and flavours of influences from around the world.
Open for Lunch (12h00 – 15h00), Sushi (12h00 – 16h00) and Dinner (19h00 – 22h00).

Seselwa 
This restaurant will be closed between 12 January and 31 July 2026 whilst new Senior Suites are being added to the North Beach.

Seselwa "cuisine des iles” is an all-day dining restaurant with a casual and lively ambiance facing the gorgeous North beach. Designed with white furniture and flowery cushions, it evokes freshness and the spirit of Seychelles. Breakfast is served buffet style for guests staying in Senior Suites and Villas. At lunch and dinner it offers Creole specialities, grilled local t ingredients and island flavours, either via an "A la Carte” menu, set menus or live buffet.
Open for Breakfast (07h00 – 10h30), Lunch (12h00 – 15h00), Snack menu (15h00 – 17h00) and Dinner (19h00 – 22h00).

Zee Bar
The Zee bar is open all day until late evening, offering a selection of drinks and a creative range of cocktails. During the day enjoy sitting on the deck with a classic snack with a fresh cocktail. In the evening, experience daily themed nights and enjoy live music in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Helios Bar
Located next to the restaurant, the Helios bar offers a classic selection of drinks and cocktails. Please do not hesitate to ask the bartender for his favourite freshly brewed ice teas. A great spot beside the pool to enjoy an aperitif before dining in the restaurant.

Adam & Eve Bar
This bar is part of the restaurant of the same name, with a pool view and facing the beach. A great selection of drinks and cocktails in a great atmosphere.

Cyann Bar
Attached to the Signature restaurant, the Cyann bar features a unique selection of Gin and Gin cocktails, as well as rare spirits, sake and cocktails. It’s also the place to enjoy a glass of wine, especially selected by the sommelier. The wine cellar features over 26,000 bottles with 1,200 references from more than 250 wineries

Seselwa Bar
This bar will be closed between 12 January and 31 July 2026 whilst new Senior Suites are being added to the North Beach.

Seselwa bar is part of the restaurant with the same name, located right on the beautiful North beach. A unique place to enjoy a chilled beer, a tropical cocktail or a wide selection of homemade rums while listening to Creole tunes.

Kabana Bar
Kabana is the place for a choice of cocktails, drinks and snacks right on Port Launay beach.

KIDS CLUB
Young guests ages 4-11 are invited to unleash their spirit and adventure at Constance Kids Club. Fully trained and enthusiastic Coordinators will lead trips of island exploration, local crafts, culinary activities and scavenger hunts to name a few that will engage with their exciting, exotic holiday location. Discovery will be a key part of each daily theme.
